Shahab Hosseini to make US screen debut soon

‘The Night’ marking Shahab Hosseini’s debut performance in the US has kicked off editing stage.

Iranian producer Mohammad Dormanesh is jointly producing the flick with international partners.

Shahab Hosseini appearing in Academy Award-winners ‘The Salesman and ‘A Separation’ and 2016 Cannes Palme d’Or Best Actor winner stars in the lead role.

Academy Award winner Terry George, is consulting producer of the film with production companies Mammoth Pictures and 7 Skies Entertainment.

The flick boasts executive producer of ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’, Jeffrey Allard, on the production team.

The work wrapped principal photography in US state of California some time in early November and is now in post production.

‘The Night’ which is said to be a horror follows the story of an Iranian couple and their one-year-old daughter that become trapped inside a hotel in an endless night.
